We offer a wide range of services associated with property development and construction, including:
Building Design.
Building Surveying - (but only) where associated with refurbishment, conversion or redevelopment projects.
Planning Consultancy - planning applications and appeals; if necessary in conjunction with RTPI colleagues and/or specialist lawyers and barristers.
Project Management - from inception to completion including contract administration. Bespoke construction contracts can be drafted to comply with, inter alia, the Public Contracts Regulations and the Official Secrets Act (e.g. for police buildings).
Cost Planning and Cost Control - Our standard approach has been tailored and refined over many years so that once a construction contract has been signed, the out-turn cost at completion will match the original 'contract sum'. The exceptions to this are generally only due to post contract changes requested and authorised by the client.
Research - where associated with developing particular project designs or testing feasibility or financial viability.
Appearance as Expert Witness and/or at Public Inquiries.
