Honesty Limited was incorporated in 1995.
Our main geographical areas of operation are South-east and South-west Wales. Projects in Wales are run from Cardiff office and/or from our base in Tenby, Pembrokeshire. Project sites in the South of England and London are also accessible from Cardiff or may be run from our base in Bromley, Kent.
Recent projects include flood protection works; roads; sewers and bridges for 'Project Riverside', a mixed-use scheme spanning the River Taff between Merthyr Vale and Aberfan. A primary school was completed on the west bank in 2010 and eventually 230 new homes will be integrated into the mature structural landscape belts and specimen trees.
Dr. Bill Satchell MBA, RIBA is a director of the company with more than 35 years' personal experience of the design and implementation of major projects. These include significant heritage projects involving the conversion or refurbishment of listed buildings including 'Grade 1'.
Projects have typically involved master planning large development areas, and have sometimes resulted in awards, as with the Lower Chepstow Housing Scheme for Monmouth Council.
