We have particular experience of master planning and project managing large development sites, often adjacent to bodies of water (therefore potentially subject to flooding) including lakes, rivers, and the open sea.
Typically such services begin with a review to establish facts, priorities and the scope of the project. This is followed by the development of a coherent brief, which then allows an agreed strategy to emerge for either incremental change or a major construction project.

Since establishment in 1995, Honesty Architects have evolved procurement systems that aim to guarantee complex building projects are delivered within the specified 'contract sum'.
Typically clients are public sector, third sector or private developers or individuals requiring projects to be managed from start to finish or in phases. The professional services we offer range from initial town planning consultancy and brief-writing through contract administration (including cost planning) to building completion. Honesty Limited can also undertake research tasks that may be needed to develop novel designs or to test feasibility and/or viability. We often prepare comprehensive business plans for projects in order to help secure funding and grants.
